What to expect:
You will have access to a pottery wheel, clay, and tools for wheel throwing and hand building. Each lesson will be tailored to your interests and skills and adapted for your particular needs. Pieces will be fired and glazed in my kiln, ready to be picked up at a later date.
Lessons are held in my home studio in North Linden and are 2 hours long. Ceramics is an art form that takes lots of patience and practice to develop your skills, so I organize them in 3 class groupings, but we can always add more on! In addition I can accommodate kids 6 and up on the wheel and have 1 hour lessons available for younger learners
Pricing for classes is based on a sliding scale model. Class prices can be reduced by 5-15% based on what is comfortable for you to pay by using a discount code. After purchasing a class and filling out the questions I will contact you to schedule a time for a class.
